How to use voice drop feature for outbound calls
This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide on how to use Bling's Voicedrop feature to save and use multiple voicemail recordings. The feature allows users to easily personalize and manage voicemail messages, enhancing their communication experience.
To use Bling's Voicedrop feature, follow these steps:
Step 1: Add and Save Recordings
- Go to the "Phone" section in your Bling account.
- Select "Call Settings."
- In the "VoiceDrop on Call" section, click on "+Add" on the right side.
- Record your voicemail message or give it a name, then click "Save." You can add multiple recordings and save them.
Step 2: Use Saved Recordings
- When making an outbound call that goes to voicemail, Bling will show you an option to drop your recording on the right-hand side.
- Once you hear the "Beep" sound after the voicemail prompt on the receiver's side, hit "Send" on the voicemail message you want to send. If you have multiple voice drops saved, you will see all of them as an option on the right-hand side.
- When you click on "Send," you will hear the playback of your recording, and it will start saving the same on the receiver's voicemail.
- As soon as you hear the playback, you can click on the "Call End" button. No need to wait for the full playback to complete.
Please note: If you click on the call end button before the playback starts, the voicemail would be incomplete.
By utilizing Bling's Voicedrop feature, you can efficiently manage and personalize voicemail messages, saving time and effort. This feature is especially useful for businesses that frequently leave voicemail messages and want to ensure that their messages are consistent and professional.
